We worked with Susan to redesign two bathrooms. When the time came to select materials and fixtures, it was overwhelming trying to choose between all of the beautiful options available. Susan was very good at helping us make choices by asking questions and eliminating things, until eventually we had a color palette and design we both really liked. She was responsive when we had questions and followed up with us during the construction. We would recommend Susan to friends and family, and would use her services again in the future.

Susan is a pleasure to work with on so many levels. I first used her when we bought our home and she reworked our entire kitchen remodel. Not only is she professional and personable, but she was able to maximize every square inch of cabinet space. I gave her general ideas of what I wanted and she went over the top with additional ideas/spaces which has made our kitchen the centerpiece of our home. Not only is her design spot on, but she was a wealth of resources when it came to tile/counter choices and great cabinetry.
I used Susan again during the pandemic while building an ADU and she did not disappoint. I highly recommend her and have referred her out to many of my friends during remodels.

Susan Matanguihan designed our kitchen in our craftsman home in 2017. As first time renovators we needed a lot of help. Our project involved moving walls, water and electricity. The gallery kitchen was taken down to the studs in most areas.
Susan was absolutely instrumental in a design a comfortable kitchen that works, everything is where it should be and the storage is amazing. Mrs. Matanguihan planned and the designed the space, then worked with us on the details, and colors we wanted. She effectively coordinated her cabinet team and our general contractor for the cabinet installation, appliances, electrical, plumbing and surface installation.
Our kitchen came out better than expected, on time and on budget. We cook al o and spend a lot of time in the kitchen. After more than a year, we would not change a thing and our kitchen still looks and feels new.
